Runaway Bridal Co started with Jessica and Lindsay’s own wedding dress shopping adventures. They saw what worked and what didn’t, and that sparked the idea to create something totally different. The name “Runaway Bridal” came from their original concept—a traveling bridal shop that brought the whole dress shopping experience right to brides’ homes. Picture a cute pink truck. It was packed with mirrors, accessories, and up to 30 wedding dresses, turning each bride’s living room into a little boutique. They now have a cozy studio in Denver, but the personal, boutique-on-wheels vibe remains central to their mission.

The studio is perched above The Infinite Monkey Theorem, a local Denver winery, which just adds to the charm. When brides and their guests arrive, they’re welcomed with complimentary wine or kombucha before heading upstairs. Once there, they can enjoy the private studio space all to themselves. Brides can even choose the music for their session, adding another layer of personalization! In addition, Lindsay and Jessica are both so knowledgeable and are no-pressure stylists.

Booking an appointment is easy and can be done through their website or over the phone. Since they only host one appointment at a time, it’s recommended to book at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Jessica says they recommend doing some research before booking appointments to see which bridal shops match your bridal vibe the best. “We love Pinterest boards and any photo inspiration you have to bring to your appointment! With that said, it is always best to keep an open mind if you start to love things you never expected to. It happens more often than not!”
“The biggest thing is to just remember that the experience should be fun. Brides are typically (and understandably) nervous for their first appointment. Once you try on the first dress and get into the swing of things, we think you will love the experience!”
