Tucked away in the charming town of Castle Rock, only 30 minutes away from Denver, The Oaks at Plum Creek is the perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern style. This gorgeous venue is famous for its beautiful grounds and top-notch service, but it also has a cool history and some unique features. Completely remodeled in 2020, The Oaks has been the go-to spot for countless weddings and events.
Fun fact: The scrub oak along the ceremony site makes for a beautiful backdrop! Great during sunset, especially as the sun peeks through the trees.

Ceremony Spaces:
At the Oaks, I recommend having your ceremony outside by the large scrub oak trees for the best glowing light. However, you can also use the indoor ballroom or keep it as a backup for bad weather.
Reception Space
The ballroom at The Oaks is surrounded by large windows, perfect for lighting and viewing the beauty all around. It’s also large enough to host dinner and dancing space! The patio wraps all the way around this space as well for guests to gather outside.
Bridal Suite
The bridal suite is my personal favorite among venues. There is so much room to get ready and plenty of photo ops including the patio area! It also features a large bathroom and full mirrors.
Groom’s Room
This room features a golf simulator and plenty of room for the guys to get ready including restrooms and large mirrors. If golf isn’t your thing, you can watch whatever you like from the big screen to help calm nerves before things get started.
Speak Easy
A perfect place to relax immediately following your wedding ceremony. It features a pool table, dart board, shuffle board and the coolest vintage bar. You can rent it out for an additional place for guests to relax
Cocktail Lounge
Another amazing spot for guests to relax and chat immediately following the ceremony. Connected to the lounge is easy access to the wraparound patio. This is also a perfect spot for smaller gatherings for dancing and the remaining events of the reception.
